Meet The Elementary Entourage, Freebie, and a Giveaway!

Welcome to the Elementary Entourage! I'm super excited to be a part of this group of 17 elementary educators that just LOVE to collaborate and share teaching ideas, tips, and tools with our readers! I'm Stephanie from The Learning Chambers and I'm a second grade Two-Way Dual Language teacher.  I teach Math and LA in English.  I've been teaching for 9 years, and I've taught Pre-K, first, and now second.  I LOVE second grade, and I know that I'll be teaching it for awhile!

Here are a few pictures of my classroom.

I've lived in Texas my whole life, and can't imagine living anywhere else!  I LOVE to say y'all and when I was student teaching I had a little guy from California call me out on it.  He said it was "you all" and not "y'all"....well it didn't work because I still say y'all a lot!!

I'm also a boy mom, and I have two of the sweetest little boys.  Mason is four years old and Maddox is two years old.  They are super close, and I love seeing how much they love each other.  They both love trucks, cars, and Legos.  I love watching them grow!

My husband, Ryan and I have been married for a little over 6 years.  We met online but quickly realized that we knew a lot of the same people.  That's small town Texas for you!  We love to cook together, and find new healthy dishes.  I also love that we are teaching our boys at an early age to love different types of foods.  It also makes me cringe at all of the junk that I used to eat!  We always have a least one crock pot meal each week.

My new obsession is Jazzercise!  I've always enjoyed to dance, and I love that Jazzercise uses current popular music.  It's so much fun, that I often forget that I'm working out!  I started in September, and I can't wait to show some progress pictures in a few weeks.
