Happy New Year from The Elementary Entourage {Fan Link Up}

Hey Friends! It's Melissa from Mrs. Dailey's Classroom. Today I'll be sharing some classroom organization ideas to kick start 2015!

I know we'll all be super busy getting back into the swing of things with our students, but for me, I don't feel completely settled until I know I am organized. Where do you stand on this?

I was so excited to find this neat way of storing base ten blocks thanks to another first grade teacher.
You can even snag that cute label for free {bingo!} that she has put on top of the containers!!
I am definitely running to the grocery store to pick up these containers before school starts!

How do you collect your students' lunch money? I used to just have each student bring their money up to the cafeteria daily because most students in my class pack their lunch or already have money on their account.

This procedure was not the best for me because some of my second graders were forgetting to give me their lunch money. I had to find a fix! That's when I came up with this.... the nifty lunch money envelop!

I wasn't totally thrilled with the font that I had at school, so I came home and revised it for other teachers! You can download it for free here!!

You can also see more of the process of me making the envelop back on my original post here.

Don't forget that you can link up with us to share your ideas! We'd love to hear from you!
Here are the rules;

1. Please link back to a blog post; not a TPT Store.
2. Please link back to the Elementary Entourage blog in your post.
3. Show some love to others that linked up by visiting their blog and leaving a comment.
